The May 2016 Home & Garden Show

Fans Flipped & Supported a Good Cause.

The Maricopa County Home and Garden Show has been one of think tank media & marketing’s clients for over 10 years, and held their third event of 2016 on April 29^th through May 1^st at the Arizona State Fairgrounds. Approximately 26,100 people attended this Home Show!

These Home & Garden Shows are known throughout the valley as a one-stop-shop for any and all remodeling and home improvement projects. Hundreds of local vendors gather five times throughout the year at these events, setting up booths displaying their products and services to homeowners looking to take on such projects. Additionally, each Home & Garden Show has a charitable benefactor, and free admission is granted to attendees who donate to those organizations.

Arizona’s Children Association is one of the largest statewide child welfare and behavioral health nonprofit agencies in Arizona and also one of think tank media & marketing’s clients. This organization was the community partner at this Home Show, and anyone who donated 3 hygiene products received free entry. We are proud to report that thousands of donations were made, which will certainly help support the Arizona’s Children Association’s cause in improving the lives of children and families throughout the state.

This Home Show featured HGTV celebrities Clint Harp from Fixer Upper and Tarek and Christina El Moussa from Flip or Flop. In their seminars hosted each day of the Home Show, they shared how they came to work in the home improvement industry, what led them to having a TV Show on HGTV, and personal stories about their own lives. These seminars were a hit with the attendees and they certainly enjoyed getting up close and personal with the stars!
